Partial demolition is the removal of individual sections or structural elements of a workshop without halting adjacent areas. It is carried out according to a specific Work Organisation Plan (WOP) with stability calculations for adjacent structures and coordination with the enterprise’s technical department.

A clear WOP is developed, the demolition zone is fenced off, and the schedule is agreed with the production department. Methods with minimal vibration impact are used: diamond cutting, hydraulic splitter.

WOP (Work Organisation Plan) is a mandatory technical document that defines the demolition sequence, working methods, equipment composition and safety measures. Our engineers develop the WOP independently.

Crane beams and load-bearing trusses are separated by hydraulic shears, cut and sold as scrap metal. This partially covers the demolition cost for the client.

The cost depends on: type of structures, span and height, presence of crane beams, foundation volume, work mode (with operating production or during shutdown) and region. Exact calculation — after an engineer’s site visit.
