autorenewConcrete and reinforced concrete recycling and crushing

Tereshchenko Group of Companies carries out on-site recycling and crushing of concrete and reinforced concrete directly at the construction site. Our own McCloskey J40 jaw crusher and a fleet of tracked excavators with hydraulic hammers allow us to process massive RC structures into secondary crushed stone — without waste removal and with significant savings on transportation.

Why clients choose us for concrete recycling

autorenew

Our own on-site crusher

The McCloskey J40 jaw crusher (2020) crushes concrete and RC directly on site — without transportation to a stationary plant.

savings

Savings on removal

Secondary crushed stone stays on site. This eliminates waste removal costs and the purchase of new crushed stone for backfilling.

engineering

Full turnkey cycle

Structure demolition, rebar separation, concrete crushing, sorting — all processes in one contract.

eco

Eco-friendly solution

Up to 75% of construction waste gets a new application. Recycling reduces landfill load and meets environmental standards.

What we process

foundation

Foundations and monolithic slabs

Strip and slab foundations, monolithic floor slabs, floor coverings — crushed with a hydraulic hammer and subsequently processed by the crusher.

view_in_ar

Columns, beams, lintels

Reinforced concrete load-bearing elements of buildings. Rebar is separated and delivered as scrap, concrete is crushed into crushed stone.

water_drop

Silo towers and reservoirs

Massive RC tanks and towers — demolished with simultaneous on-site crushing and utilization of reinforced concrete.

domain

Floor slabs and building walls

Panel and monolithic floor slabs, RC wall panels — processed into crushed stone fractions 0–40 and 40–80 mm.

precision_manufacturing

Industrial floors and concrete roads

Concrete industrial floors, parking areas, pathways — milled or crushed with backfilling using secondary material.

landscape

Concrete rubble and waste

Construction concrete waste after demolition — crushed into secondary crushed stone for site and road backfilling.

Frequently asked questions

Concrete recycling is the processing of reinforced concrete waste after demolition into secondary crushed stone. Structures are crushed to the required fraction, rebar is separated and delivered as scrap metal. Secondary crushed stone is used for backfilling, drainage, and other construction needs.

The McCloskey J40 jaw crusher primarily produces a fraction of 40–80 mm. If needed, the material is additionally sorted into fractions of 0–20 mm and 20–40 mm. The specific fraction is agreed upon before work begins.

Secondary concrete crushed stone is used for: road and site backfilling, trench and pit backfilling, drainage systems, foundation subgrade preparation, and construction embankments. It is not recommended for structural concrete with high strength requirements.

Yes — on-site recycling is usually significantly more cost-effective. You save on waste removal (several loads of heavy dump trucks), on purchasing new crushed stone for backfilling, and get ready material right at the site.

The cost depends on the volume of RC (m³ or tonnes), type and reinforcement of structures, crusher access conditions, presence of metal for separation, and region. Exact price after a site inspection.
