- Reinforced concrete warehouses — a common type in Soviet-era construction. Demolished by crawler excavator with hydraulic hammer or shears. Concrete rubble is processed on-site by a crusher;
- Brick warehouse buildings — mechanically demolished by excavator. Brick rubble is removed or used for backfilling on site;
- Damaged and hazardous warehouses — including those damaged by fire or military action (drone strikes, etc.). Work is carried out with enhanced safety measures.
