autorenewRecycling and Crushing of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete

Tereshchenko Group of Companies carries out recycling and crushing of concrete and reinforced concrete directly on the construction site. Our own McCloskey J40 jaw crusher and a fleet of tracked excavators with hydraulic hammers allow processing of massive RC structures into secondary crushed stone — without waste removal and with significant savings on transportation.

Why Clients Choose Us for Concrete Recycling

autorenew

Own Crusher On-Site

McCloskey J40 jaw crusher (2020) crushes concrete and RC directly on site — no transportation to a stationary plant.

savings

Savings on Removal

Secondary crushed stone stays on site. This eliminates waste removal costs and the need to purchase new crushed stone for backfill.

engineering

Full Turnkey Cycle

Structure demolition, rebar separation, concrete crushing, sorting — all processes under one contract.

eco

Eco-Friendly Solution

Up to 75% of construction waste gets a new use. Recycling reduces landfill burden and meets environmental standards.

What We Recycle

foundation

Foundations and Monolithic Slabs

Strip and slab foundations, monolithic floors and ceilings — broken with a hydraulic hammer then crushed by the jaw crusher.

Columns, Beams, Girders

Reinforced concrete load-bearing elements of buildings. Rebar is separated and sold as scrap metal; concrete is crushed into aggregate.

Silos and Tanks

Massive RC tanks and towers — demolition with simultaneous crushing and on-site recycling of reinforced concrete.

domain

Building Floors and Walls

Panel and monolithic slabs, RC wall panels — processed into crushed stone of 0–40 mm and 40–80 mm fractions.

Industrial Floors and Concrete Roads

Concrete industrial floors, parking areas, pathways — milled or crushed with secondary material used as backfill.

Concrete Rubble and Waste

Construction concrete waste after demolition — crushed into secondary aggregate for site and road backfilling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Concrete recycling is the processing of reinforced concrete waste after demolition into secondary crushed stone. Structures are crushed to the required fraction, rebar is separated and sold as scrap metal. The secondary aggregate is used for backfill, drainage, and other construction needs.

The McCloskey J40 jaw crusher primarily produces a 40–80 mm fraction. If needed, the material is additionally sorted into 0–20 mm and 20–40 mm fractions. The specific fraction is agreed upon before work begins.

Secondary concrete aggregate is used for: road and site backfilling, filling pits and trenches, drainage system installation, foundation subbase preparation, and construction embankments. It is not recommended for structural concrete with high strength requirements.

Yes — on-site recycling is usually significantly more cost-effective. You save on waste removal (multiple heavy dump truck trips), on purchasing new crushed stone for backfill, and you get ready material right on site.

The cost depends on the volume of RC (m³ or tonnes), the type and reinforcement of structures, crusher access conditions, the amount of metal to be separated, and the region. Exact pricing — after site inspection.
