Scope of Work: vertical grading of the embankment in accordance with the developer’s plan.

1. Under the construction plan for the new residential complex, vertical grading of the embankment had to be carried out. Given the complexity of the project and the developer’s meticulous attention to every detail, the general contractor turned to the TERESHCHENKO Group of Companies to carry out the work.

The following company-owned specialized equipment was deployed for the project:
– Two Volvo EC220 DL excavators
– A Scania P400 dump truck
– A Volvo FM400 dump truck
Over the course of the work, approximately 8,000 m³ of soil and debris were removed, and 2,000 m³ of high-quality soil were brought in.
As a result, the client received a fully prepared site for landscaping ahead of the agreed deadlines, while the future apartment owners will be able to enjoy their own private embankment.
