Partial demolition of a building’s floor slabs is one of the most complex types of industrial demolition. It involves both work by specialized equipment with various attachments and manual labor. As with other partial demolition works, the added complexity stems from the need for highly precise demolition of exactly the elements to be removed while preserving the integrity of the other elements.
This type of work is aimed at preserving undamaged elements for further use in construction. In turn, this significantly saves on construction costs and reduces the amount of construction waste.
Specialists of the Tereshchenko Group of Companies carried out the following works:
– Demolition of industrial floor slabs. The works were carried out at a height of 4.5 meters;
– Cleaning of the upper load-bearing reinforcement of the beam;
– Preparation of the site for pouring new slabs.
