A significant quantity of construction waste of various sizes and types was located on the premises of Agrarian Company 2004, part of the Vitagro agricultural holding.
The client set the task of crushing all the waste for full material recycling and reuse for construction purposes.
The construction debris was spread across a large area. As a result, preparation was required before crushing could begin.
The TERESHCHENKO Group of Companies divided the entire process into stages:
– Assessing the work and creating a plan for performing all operations optimally;
– Preparing for crushing: gathering all the material to be recycled in a single location;
– Crushing the waste into smaller pieces with a hydraulic breaker;
– Crushing the waste in a jaw crusher, separating it into concrete aggregate, metal, and soil (other waste);
– Reuse of the processed construction waste.
The total volume of processed construction waste amounted to: 10,000 m³
To complete the assigned tasks within the shortest possible timeframe, the work was carried out using a McCloskey J40 jaw crusher, a VOLVO EC 220 DL excavator, and a JCB 220 excavator. Four-axle SCANIA P400 and VOLVO FM 400 dump trucks were also used to haul the materials.
All work was completed within the precisely agreed deadlines and in full compliance with every assigned task!
