Frequently asked questions

Partial demolition is the demolition of individual sections or structural elements of a workshop without stopping adjacent production areas. It is performed according to a special work plan with stability calculations for adjacent structures and coordination with the enterprise’s technical department.

A clear work organization plan is developed, the demolition zone is fenced off, and the schedule is coordinated with the production department. Methods with minimal vibration impact are used: diamond cutting, hydraulic splitting.

A work organization plan (WOP) is a mandatory technical document that defines the sequence of demolition, working methods, equipment composition, and safety measures. Our engineers develop the WOP independently.

Crane girders and load-bearing trusses are separated with hydraulic shears, cut, and delivered as scrap metal. This partially offsets the cost of demolition for the client.

The cost depends on: type of structures, span and height, presence of crane girders, volume of foundations, operating mode (with ongoing production or during shutdown), and region. Exact calculation after an engineer’s site visit.
