Borodyanka is one of the most severely destroyed towns in the Kyiv region. Specialists of the Tereshchenko Group of Companies joined the town’s recovery effort. We faced a challenging task: demolishing seven objects in the shortest possible time. These were buildings ranging from 1 to 9 storeys, located among other structures in the central part of the town.
Work performed on all 7 objects was carried out in parallel, involving a large fleet of specialized equipment, machinery and specialists.

* demolition of buildings – 38,589.47 m³
* dismantling of foundations (reinforced concrete, concrete, stone) – 1,571.82 m³
* demolition of basements – 889.20 m³
* loading and removal of construction waste – 19,040.24 tons

2. Two-storey administrative premises of the Prosecutor’s Office Address: 230 Tsentralna St., Borodyanka, Bucha district, Kyiv region
Works performed:
* dismantling of rubble-stone foundations – 452.5 m3;
* demolition of the building – 4,156 m3 (walls – 3,910 m3, roof – 246 m3);
* loading and removal of construction waste – 2,798 tons
3. Demolition of an emergency-hazardous facility, a two-storey residential apartment building
Address: 340 Tsentralna St., Borodyanka, Bucha district, Kyiv region Works performed:
* dismantling of rubble-stone foundations – 92 m3;
* demolition of the building – 3,469.21 m3 (including the roof);
* loading and removal of construction waste – 1,678.34 tons
4. Demolition of an emergency-hazardous facility, an administrative agricultural premises. Address: 327 Tsentralna St., Borodyanka, Bucha district, Kyiv region Works performed:
* dismantling of stone-rubble foundations – 117 m2;
* demolition of the building – 223.71 m3 (including the roof);
* loading and removal of construction waste – 4,469 tons
5. Demolition of the Borodyanka Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of the Population “Dovirya” Address: 228 Tsentralna St., Borodyanka, Bucha district, Kyiv region Works performed:
* dismantling of stone-rubble foundations – 121.72 m2;
* loading and removal of construction waste – 564.3 tons
6. Demolition of the military commissariat Address: 294 Tsentralna St., Borodyanka, Bucha district, Kyiv region Works performed:
* dismantling of reinforced concrete foundations – 74.4 m3;
* demolition of the building – 314.55 m3 (including the roof);
* loading and removal of construction waste – 627 tons
7. Demolition of a 9-storey residential apartment building Address: 359 Tsentralna St., Borodyanka, Bucha district, Kyiv region Works performed:
* dismantling of reinforced concrete foundations – 465.9 m3;
* total building volume of the above-ground part – 22,403 m3;
* loading and removal of construction waste – 8,402 tons
Demolition was carried out jointly with colleagues, involving specialized equipment – a “demolition” excavator with an extended boom.
